Galkan Hockey Club from Turkmenistan reached the finals of the International Hockey Tournament in Ashgabat after defeating 9-1 (3-0, 4-0, 2-1) Feniks from Uzbekistan in the fourth round match. The eight-time champion of Turkmenistan won the fourth victory in a row and tops Group A with 12 points ahead of schedule.

Galkan’s opponent in the final will be determined on the final day of the international tournament on April 19. ADIHIC-Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation), Volat (Belarus) and Aqmola (Kazakhstan) are vying for the first place in Group B.
