On October 29, 2021, the matches of the 2nd round of the Turkmenistan football championships among the Premier League clubs were held.
The leaders of the tournament – «Altyn asyr» and «Ahal» met in the central match of the 2nd round. The vice-champions of the country – «Ahal» beat their opponents 3:1.
Other matches of the 2nd round ended in a draw: «Nebitchi» - «Shagadam» 0:0, «Merv» - «Kopetdag» 2:2 and «Energetik» - «Ashgabat» 0:0.
This victory let «Ahal» l top the standings with 7 points «Altyn asyr» with 6 points ranks second. Shagadam ranks third (4 points).
