On February 4, the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan held a promotional conference under the motto ‘The Youth is Strength, Power, Dignity, Prestige and Great Future of Our Motherland’.

The conference was notable for welcoming speeches that Turkmenistan has become the country where excellent conditions and opportunities are created for young people to live a happy life, to grow up to be smart and highly educated people thanks to the Turkmen leader.

As was noted, the state youth policy, based on the principles of spiritual values of our ancestors ​​and advanced international standards, is being successfully implemented in our country. The speakers attached great importance to the measures taken and considered within the framework of the State Programme on State Youth Policy in Turkmenistan for 2021-2025, approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan in 2021. As was noted, the Turkmen youth are loyal to our country, people, positive principles, and national traditions. They are interested in improving their education and professional skills, in performing sports and selfless labour.

As was noted, great importance was attached to the implementation of youth policy in international relations; and multilateral and bilateral agreements have been reached in the relevant period. The conference participants expressed sincere gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan, who had always supported the Turkmen youth, and promised to contribute to the development of youth policy in the year, held under the motto ‘the Era of the People with Arkadag’.
