The fashion show of sports uniforms that the Turkmen team will wear during the 32nd Summer Olympics in Japan became the main event of the international exhibition on education and sports held in Ashgabat.
Traditional solutions had been creatively reworked delighting the eye with the combinations of white with green and red that have already become classic for athletes sportswear and are serve as a harmonious background for national symbols and ornaments. Their patterns add dynamics and brightness to the look that complemented by sports bags to complete the sports look.
It is definitely that the new sportswear created by Turkmen specialists would become a bestseller at the Turkmen market.
The second part of the show was devoted to sports fashion. The Ashgabat House of Models together with the Ministry of Textile Industry of the country presented the so-called family sets for sports – knitted suits, jackets, trousers and blouses. Here the color is more diverse, while common ethnographic features of the base collection are remained.
Very soon, the mass-market models would be available at the country’s shopping centers, so anyone can enjoy the quality of Turkmen textiles and the comfort of sportswear.
