A regional volleyball championship among athletes born in 2008–2009 was held between the districts of the Ahal velayat.

According to the results of the competition, first place was taken by the sports school of the Baherden district. Second place went to the sports school of the Serakhs district, while third place was claimed by the sports school of the Gokdepe district, all of whom stepped onto the winners’ podium.

The winning teams were awarded Honorary Certificates from the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Ahal velayat, as well as valuable prizes from the region’s public organizations.
