The 7th International Ethnosport Culture Festival, which has become a globally renowned event, was held in Istanbul. This significant international forum was organized by the World Ethnosport Confederation. The festival featured a wide array of national cultural groups from various countries, showcasing their customs, equestrian games, and traditional sports.

Turkmenistan’s delegation, represented by the national equestrian games group «Galkynysh,» delivered an impressive performance. The group proudly promotes Turkmen equestrian culture and artistry on the international stage. The performers of «Galkynysh» demonstrated exceptional skill in horseback acrobatics, presented traditional Turkmen costumes, and gave musical performances that drew great interest and admiration from international festival guests.

Particular attention was drawn to the Akhal-Teke horses, which were specially brought from Turkmenistan. These famous horses, known for their beauty, endurance, and unique movements, became one of the main symbols of the festival.
