On December 19, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the site where the construction of a complex of new buildings of the Motor Sports Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan is planned. Here Hero-Arkadag got acquainted with the projects of the facilities, which are given an important place in the development of motor sports in our country, the TDH reports.
The total area of the Center, located 40 kilometers north of the capital, is 71 hectares. As Hero-Arkadag noted, this place is suitable for the construction of the Motor Sports Center in all respects and gave a number of recommendations on the submitted projects.
Three projects were proposed based on the architectural features of the buildings of the new complex. Hero-Arkadag got acquainted with the features of the buildings presented in the design developments approved by the President of Turkmenistan.
According to these projects, the Center consists of two parts, which consider all the possibilities for the training process, preparation of sports cars for competitions, and organization of international tournaments. The image of the Akhal-Teke horse was chosen as the emblem of the buildings of one of them and the Alabai horse of the other.
Having emphasized that the new complex of buildings of the Center must fully comply with high international standards, Hero-Arkadag emphasized that it is necessary to provide the necessary conditions for holding world-class competitions, various types of auto and motor sports, small sports cars. In this regard, an important task was defined as considering the possibilities of building ring racetracks, tracks for overcoming multiple obstacles and long distances with difficult conditions.
Then the National Leader of the Turkmen people was shown a sports car that had just been delivered to the Center for Automobile Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Minister of Internal Affairs M.Hydyrov asked Hero-Arkadag, who has experience in testing sports cars and assessing their technical capabilities, to test the new car.
Arkadag got into the car and tested its technical capabilities. The sports car driven by Hero-Arkadag overcame a difficult route on sandy roads.
Hero-Arkadag emphasized the importance of developing various types of auto and motor sports in the country, holding relevant events in the future to organize international car rallies, giving recommendations based on his extensive experience in this area.
Considering the growing interest in golf among young people in recent years, Hero-Arkadag also gave valuable advice regarding both the golf course operating in the capital and the construction of its analogue in the Avaza National Tourist Zone. This is important to strengthen the principles of a healthy lifestyle in our society and support the motto «A healthy mind in a healthy body!».
