Turkmen men's 3x3 team won the international tournament BIG TWELVE TOUR 2024 held in France.

The competition consisting of 4 stages took place in different cities of France. Turkmen team won two stages, which were held in Bo urg-de-Péage and Voiron, and advanced to the final part of the playoffs from the 1st place, which was held in the city of Gap. In the semifinals the Turkmen basketball players beat French team and in the final they defeated Greece team with a score of 21:20.

The winning point for the Turkmenistan team was scored by the team captain Merdan Hodjamedov. In addition, he was recognized as the most valuable player of the tournament becoming the winner of the MVP prize.
