On February 24-25, 2024, the Turkmenistan team, consisting of 8 athletes, performed at Warsaw European Open in Poland.

A 2nd year student from Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering Serdar Rakhimov performed in the under 66 kg weight category. He won 3 fights on the way to the final. However, he lost to the Ukrainian athlete and won a silver medal.

A 1st year student from Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports Maysa Pardaeva showed excellent results in the under 57 kg weight category. Maysa won 3 fights and won the champion title of Warsaw European Open.

About 450 athletes from 37 countries took part in the international tournament in Warsaw.
