The Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan, the Anti-Doping Agency and the Weightlifting Federation of Turkmenistan held a training seminar for weightlifters at the Sport Hotel.

The thorough and lively discussion of the harmful effects of doping on athletes’ health took place during the meeting. The participants of the seminar noted the obvious usefulness of such seminars, particularly on the eve of the World Weightlifting Championships, which would be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from 7 to 17 December 2021.

The Aýdyň gijeler economic society provided assistance in preparing Turkmen weightlifters for the forthcoming World Weightlifting Championships and holding the training seminar.
