On October 14, 2021, Volume XIII of Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was held jointly with the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy at the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports. The encyclopaedia by President of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Sciences Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is of help to a wide range of readers interested in the rich flora of our country and the ancient traditions of folk medicine.
The heads and officials of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy, lecturers and students from the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, representatives of the subdivisions, media and public organisations, coaches and athletes attended the solemn ceremony.
Those speaking at the presentation emphasised the importance of Volume XIII of Medicinal Plants of Turkmenistan by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which is a continuation of the fundamental scientific work the leader of the nation started in 2009.
The participants in the festive event adopted an Address to the President of Turkmenistan, in which they expressed profound gratitude for paying huge attention to the health of the Turkmen people and creating conditions for their happy and prosperous life.
