Under the auspices of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth Policy of the Balkan Velayat, the Balkan Velayat Volleyball Championship was held in Makhtumkuli Etrap, dedicated to the Year of "Turkmenistan - the Motherland of Peace and Confidence" among the boys born in 2003 from volleyball club teams.
Two teams from Makhtumkuli district, Hazar city, Turkmenbashi district, Esenguly district, Etrek district took part in the tournament. The tournament was held according to the current rules of the current International Volleyball Federation.
At the end of the competition, the 1st and 2nd places were taken by the teams of Makhtumkuli etrap and the 3rd place was taken by the team of Turkmenbashi etrap. The winners were awarded letters of commendation from the General Directorate of Sports and Youth Policy of the Balkan Province.
