The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) will change its name. This decision was adopted at the IAAF Council meeting in Doha.
The new name is World Athletics. The logo that has been in existence for over 100 years will also change. The current logo has celebrated the 10th anniversary this year.
The new brand identity will begin its rollout in October after the 2019 World Athletics Championships.
