The 2nd Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games were held in Kuzbass, Kemerovo Oblast of the Russian Federation. This tournament became an invaluable experience for our young athletes who represent the future of the national winter sports school of Turkmenistan. The members of the youth national team of Turkmenistan took part in the Games and in the activities within the framework of the Path to Olympus educational project.

The Children of Asia International Committee and the Russian Olympic Committee organized the Path to Olympus educational project. It was just one of the projects within the sports festival that brought together the children from different countries of the continent.

The Path to Olympus project is aimed at promoting Olympic principles, familiarizing with the history of the Children of Asia International Sports Games, promoting clean sports and strengthening friendly relations between young athletes. The interesting speeches of the members of the Children of Asia International Committee, the Russian Olympic Committee, the Russian Anti-Doping Agency and the Sports Psychologists Association of the country were dedicated to the history of the Games. The young people participating in the project had the opportunity to meet famous athletes and former competitors of the Children of Asia International Sports Games.

The exciting activities within the framework of this project concluded on the day of the closing ceremony of the 2nd Winter Children of Asia International Sports Games.
