The sporting battles of the XII Universiade and Sport Games “Turkmenistan – the Country of High Spirit and Health”, held under the auspices of the Turkmenistan Youth Physical Culture and Sports Organisation of the State Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of Turkmenistan, continue throughout the country.

Athletes from higher, secondary vocational and primary educational institutions, sports complexes and stadiums, as well as representatives of institutions and enterprises are taking part in the bright competitions in Ashgabat.

Boys and girls are competing in swimming, athletics, volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, basketball, sambo and national wrestling. Everyone is trying to pull ahead in the bright marathon that unites different sports.

All winners  receive valuable prizes on behalf of the organisers. It should be noted that the closer to the end the completions are, the more fascinating and exciting the  rivalry among athletes striving for prizes is.
