14 athletes from Turkmenistan performed in the kickboxing tournament of the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games.
A member of the Turkmenistan kickboxing team Muhammed Altybaev, who competed in the under 67 kg category, won a bronze medal.
Together with Muhammed Altybaev, kickboxers from Morocco, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Jordan and Kazakhstan competed for medals.
The 5th Islamic Solidarity Games, which are taking place in the Turkish city of Konya, will last until August 18, 2022.
