The presentation of the new book by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov «Garaşsyzlyk – bagtymyz» (Independence is Our Happiness) took place at the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan. The new book is a wonderful gift to compatriots and numerous friends of our country for the 30th anniversary of independence of the Motherland.

The heads of the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy, representatives of subdivisions and public organisations from Ashgabat and coaches attended the event, which was held in a solemn atmosphere.

After the presentation had concluded, the participants visited the sports museum at the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy. They could see the awards, medals and cups won by Turkmen athletes at the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, the Amul-Khazar International Rally Raid and the 2018 World Weightlifting Championships, as well as the awards presented by the international sports organisations to the distinguished President.
