On October 5, 2021, the presentation of the new book by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Garaşsyzlyk – Bagtymyz (Independence is Our Happiness) took place at the Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan that became a kind of literary dedication to the glorious date – the 30th anniversary of sacred independence of Turkmenistan.
The heads of the Ministry and subdivisions, teachers and students from the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports and representatives of public organisations of the city attended the event.
Those speaking at the event noted that the book of the leader of the nation, published in the anniversary year, the theme of which is Turkmenistan is the Homeland of Peace and Trust, was an excursus into the modern history of the Turkmen people, who had founded many great states over the centuries.
The participants also emphasised that the peace and stability in the country and the steady improvement in the standard and quality of life of the people vividly illustrated the triumph of the lofty ideas of the epoch of happiness and happiness of our Fatherland.
At the end of the presentation, the participants expressed their profound gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for the wonderful creative gift to the Turkmen people.
