CONSULTATIVE MEETING OF HEADS OF STATE OF CENTRAL ASIA
06.08.2021. The Third Consultative Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia under the chairmanship of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took place in the Avaza national tourism zone on the Caspian Sea coast. The Avaza Congress Centre became the venue for the high-level forum attended by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
CENTRAL ASIA ECONOMIC FORUM
06.08.2021. The Central Asia Economic Forum timed to the Consultative Meeting of Heads of State of Central Asia took place at the Avaza Congress Centre. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov made the opening remarks at the plenary session.
DIALOGUE OF WOMEN OF CENTRAL ASIA
06.08.2021. The Dialogue of Women of Central Asia brought together representatives of the five countries of the region and heads of the UN Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia and the UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and the CIS in the Avaza national tourism zone.
EXHIBITIONS OF ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL
06.08.2021. The international commodity exhibition of the Central Asian states was held in the Avaza national tourism zone. The pavilion of the Science, Education, Health and Sport Complex showcased the achievements of Turkmenistan in this field. A film about the economic achievements of the countries of the region was demonstrated during the opening ceremony. All participants in the exhibition, totalling 90 companies, including Turkmen producers and the delegations from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, received the international diplomas.
NATIONAL CUISINES OF CENTRAL ASIAN PEOPLES PRESENTED IN AVAZA
06.08.2021. An exhibition of Central Asian cuisines was arranged on the Caspian Sea coast. The yurts – the portable houses of the Turkic nomads emerged like an oasis in the desert amidst the endless yellow sands. Chefs and craftsmen, who had gathered in the national tourism zone of Turkmenistan, demonstrated their skills and got acquainted with the traditions of the fraternal peoples.
GALA CONCERT IN HONOUR OF FRIENDSHIP AMONG CENTRAL ASIAN PEOPLES
06.08.2021. A gala concert of cultural workers and artists from the Central Asian countries took place in the amphitheatre in the Avaza national tourism zone. The guests of honour of the bright performance were the leader of the nation, the leaders of the Central Asian states and the delegations of the Consultative Meeting, the Dialogue of Women, the Economic Forum and the Central Asian Commodity Exhibition. All the participants in the gala concert performed the song Agzybirlik Senasy – the hymn to unbreakable friendship among the Central Asian peoples.
