The Turkmen tennis coaches took part in a seminar organised by the International Olympic Committee, the National Olympic Committee of Turkmenistan, the International Tennis Federation (ITF) and the Tennis Federation of Turkmenistan. 

The resources of the ITF Academy were used to conduct the seminar, which was attended by about 30 coaches from Dashoguz, Mary, Turkmenabat and Ashgabat.

The seminar that lasted until October 5 aimed to increase the knowledge of Turkmen tennis coaches and present the new ITF umpire and coaching rules and regulations.

The coaches who passed the exam at the end of the training course received certificates from the International Tennis Federation confirming the level of the coach and certificates of participation from the International Olympic Committee.
