Minister of Sport and Youth Policy D. Gulgeldyev, Head of the Department of International Relations B. Abdyev and Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee A. Muradov represented the Turkmen side at a meeting with the members of the World Martial Arts Committee (Republic of Korea).

Secretary General of the World Committee Jae-Keun Choi, Director General of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Chungcheongbuk-do Province, Director General of the Department of International Cooperation of Chungcheongbuk-do Province and Director General of the Planning and Management Office of Chungcheongbuk-do Province took part in the talks in Ashgabat.

The representatives of the World Committee made a presentation on the international martial arts competitions – the World Martial Arts Masterships, which were held in 2016 and 2019.  The guests expressed their willingness to explore the possibilities of holding the 3rd World Martial Arts Masterships in Turkmenistan in 2023.
