The first decade of the coming month is marked by another significant event in the active, interesting and eventful sports life of the country. The hockey teams from all over Turkmenistan will take part in the ice battles on the winter sports arenas in the capital of Turkmenistan. They will compete for the President of Turkmenistan Cup.

The tournament starts on November 30. The finals and the closing and award ceremonies will be held on December 10.

The participants in the tournament are 8 teams divided into two groups. Galkan, Watancy, Sir and Talyp Sporty in Group A will compete for the qualification to the finals. Oguzhan, Merdana, Nesil and Burgut in Group B will compete for the place in the final tournament.

The group matches will last until December 7. On December 9, the Group A and B runners-up will play in the third-place match.

On December 10, the Group A and B winners will play in the finals for the right to hold the honorary trophy – the President of Turkmenistan Cup. The matches will be held at the multifunctional sports complex in Ashgabat.
