In the year of “Independent, Eternal Neutral Turkmenistan – the Land of the Brave Horse” from April 3 to 5, 2026, the open championship of the “Olimp” secondary sports school was organized among teenagers born in 2008 and younger in the basketball sport. Several teams participated in the competition. As a result, the team of the “Olimp” secondary sports school won 1st place. The team of the school for the preparation of young olympians won 2nd place and the Ashgabat team won 3rd place.

Also, the athletes who won prizes in this competition were awarded letters of honor by the “Olimp” secondary sports school and commemorative gifts by the Ashgabat City Committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan.
