In our country, the sports sector is developing at a high level, thanks to which Turkmenistan is becoming a sporting nation. A vivid example of the large-scale work in this direction was the holding of team volleyball competitions among boys and girls within the framework of the 15th Spartakiad «Turkmenistan — the country of high spirit and health» among secondary school students. The competitions were organized by the Youth Physical Culture and Sports Organization «Turkmenistan» and were held at the sports school in the city of Anau, Ak Bugday district of the Ahal velayat.

In the boys’ competitions, the team from the city of Ashgabat took first place, becoming the winner of the tournament. The second place was taken by the team of Lebap velayat, while the third place went to the team of Ahal velayat.

In the girls’ competitions, the team of Lebap velayat won first place, the team of Dashoguz velayat took second place, and the third place went to the team from the city of Ashgabat.

Following the results of the competitions, the winning teams were awarded certificates of honor and commemorative gifts by the Youth Physical Culture and Sports Organization «Turkmenistan».
