The 5th World Nomad Games will be held in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan from September 8 to 13, 2024. In this traditional international tournament, 29 athletes and 6 coaches from Turkmenistan are participating.

More than 4 thousand athletes from about 100 countries are expected to take part in the sports events that will be held in Astana under the motto “Meeting in the Great Steppe”.

During the 5th World Nomad Games, athletes will compete in 21 kinds of sports. The opening ceremony of the Games will be held at the Astana Arena stadium, and the closing ceremony will take place at the Kazanat hippodrome.

The World Nomad Games were held in Kyrgyzstan in 2014, 2016 and 2018 and in Türkiye in 2022.
