Turkmen sportsmen won one silver and two bronze medals at the open Belarusian Cup in archery in Minsk.

The competition was attended by 129 athletes from Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Belarus.

In the individual competition Ezizmuhammet Sahedov, a student of the 27th Ashgabat secondary school, was awarded a silver medal.

In the men's team competition Ezizmuhammet Sahedov, Makhtumkuli Bahbit Gurvanov, a student of the Turkmen State University, and Shokhrat Zhumakuliev, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, became bronze medalists.

In the women's team competition the bronze success was achieved by Ogulsurai Kakyshova, a coach of the 5th sports school of the Main Directorate of Physical Culture and Sports of Ashgabat, Oksana Gataulina, an athlete of the National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan, and Aysha Annamyradova, a student of the 27th secondary school of Ashgabat.
