The national football team of Turkmenistan holds the training sessions in the UAE on the eve of the decisive matches against the national team of Iran as part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the 2027 AFC Asian Cup qualifiers.

The coaches of the national football team of Turkmenistan led by Mergen Orazov have selected 24 players to participate in the training sessions before the important official matches.

As is known, the national team of Turkmenistan will play two matches against the national team of Iran. The first meeting will be held in Tehran on March 21, and the second one will take place in Ashgabat on March 26.
