The Ashgabat Main Department of Physical Culture and Sports held the Open Handball Championships among athletes born in 2006 and younger at sports school 9.
The young participants from a number of sports schools took part in the tournament, which was held in the gym of secondary school 55 in Ashgabat.
Based on the results of the matches, sports school 9 (coach O. Kobzeva) took first place, and the team from sports school 12 (coach G. Ovezova) took second place.
