Arkadag won the championship title among the Major League clubs ahead of schedule, after beating Altyn Asyr in Ashgabat. The game, which took place at the Nisa stadium, ended 4:0 in favour of Vladimir Bayramov’s squad.

The winners included midfielder Velmurat Ballakov (44th and 68th) and forward Didar Durdyev (58th and 60th) who scored a brace each.

Arkadag earned 60 points and became unattainable for the run-winner Altyn Asyr (44) 4 rounds before the finish. This is the first championship title in the history of FC Arkadag from the eponymous city of state significance.
