The Turkmenistan youth team (U-23) beat 2:0 their peers from China in a friendly match in Dalian (PRC).
23 footballers, who play in the Turkmenistan Championships, were called up to the Turkmen national team that is preparing for the 2024 Asian Cup qualification under the supervision of Ahmed Agamuradov.
Turkmenistan will play with Indonesia and Taiwan in Group K. The matches will take place in Indonesia from September 6 to 12.
The draw resulted in 11 groups of 43 teams. The eleven group winners and the four runners-up teams will qualify for the final, which will be held in Qatar in 2024.
