President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov paid a working visit to Hungary to participate in the festive events marking the World Athletics Championships in Budapest and the national holiday of this country – Saint Stephen’s Day.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Prime Minister Viktor Orban held an expanded meeting, involving the delegations of the two countries.
In the afternoon, the President of Turkmenistan visited the National Athletics Centre. Upon arrival at the National Athletics Centre in Budapest, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was warmly welcomed by Prime Minister Viktor Orban. Together with other distinguished guests, the President of Turkmenistan watched one of the most exciting competitions – the 100m men’s final.
Upon completion of the working visit, the President of Turkmenistan left for Ashgabat from the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport.
