On June 5, the Central Asian U12 Tennis Championships started in Ashgabat.

In the 1st round, the Turkmenistan junior girls’ team defeated 3:0 their rivals from Kyrgyzstan on the courts of the Ashgabat Olympic Town, and the tennis players from Uzbekistan won 3:0 the Tajikistan team.

The Turkmenistan team was stronger than their peers from Kyrgyzstan 3:0 in the men’s tournament; the team of Kazakhstan won a decisive victory 3:0 over the tennis players from Afghanistan, and the Uzbekistan team defeated 3:0 Tajikistan.
