The magnificent events dedicated to the Ashgabat City Day coincided with the Farewell Bell celebrations on May 25. On the same day, the Farewell Bell celebrations were held at the Young Olympians school and at the Olimp secondary school of the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan, as well as at the Ahal Velayat boarding school for young Olympians. At the beginning of the ceremonies, which started with the national anthem of Turkmenistan, the Address of the President of Turkmenistan to the secondary school graduates, teachers and all educational workers of Turkmenistan added the festive mood to celebrations.

The performances of athletes, background music, wonderful dances, and congratulatory speeches made the participants happy. The dancers in the national costumes and wonderful melodies created a unique atmosphere.

The moments when the secondary school graduates who represent the Olympic reserve of our country gave the ‘golden key’ to the young schoolchildren were especially impressive. Schoolchildren praised our Motherland, the school years, the Turkmen sport, which is developed thanks to the concern of the President of Turkmenistan, in poems and artistic readings and added excitement to the celebrations.

Distinguished schoolchildren and the young people who enhanced the prestige of the Turkmen sport at large events were awarded the letters of commendation and memorable gifts. Later on, the farewell bell rang for the secondary school graduates. The participants wished the secondary school graduates a bright path and new achievements in contributing to the success of the national sport. All gathered expressed sincere gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the excellent opportunities created for schoolchildren, students and professional athletes.
