AFC Women's Football Day 2022 was celebrated in Turkmenistan. It was organized by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan (FFT) together with the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy of the country in order to popularize women's football and attract girls to sports.
According to the FFT, the participants of the football festival, which was held at the training field of the multifunctional stadium «Ashgabat», were the players of the women's football and futsal teams of Turkmenistan, young football players and athletes of the National Center for the Special Olympics of Turkmenistan.
The football festival turned into a real celebration of sports, from participation in which the fans of the «game of millions» received a lot of positive emotions and impressions.
The festival ended with the presentation of gifts from the FFT - balls, T-shirts and a group photo as a keepsake.
